Thank you for inquiring about our services and considering us as your photographers. Capturing precious moments is our passion. We hope to deliver that passion to you and your family with fantastic quality and customer service. The information below should help with your bookings, policies, and the photo session experience.

Photo Session Information

All sessions require a non-refundable $50 deposit, which goes toward the overall cost of your photo package. The deposit also secures your date, time, and location, preventing scheduling conflicts with other clients.

Photo Session slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Photo Session times and dates are booked ONLY WHEN A DEPOSIT has been paid.

You will receive a confirmation email saying that you are booked. Your booking has NOT been processed if you do not receive a confirmation email.

If you don't receive a confirmation email, please get in touch with us so we can resolve this issue.

We suggest that you bring someone along for your session. You won't be as nervous if you have a close friend or family member with you. This person can help you change and help with whatever else you may need. We also suggest you bring your own props and whatever else you want/need. Anything you might want in your photos is the client's responsibility to bring. We welcome all props to help capture your vision. We may have props available, but there is no guarantee. We will ensure we go above and beyond to deliver high-quality images that meet your expectations.

We can assist with creative ideas, but we suggest you browse Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other sites for ideas you might like to try.

All shoots are TIME LIMITED! No matter how many outfits or locations you have, your shoot is TIME-LIMITED.

By not paying the rush fee, you agree that your turnaround time may be up to 12 days.

Your session is time-limited. Travel between locations and time spent changing outfits will count toward your total shoot time.

Editing & Retouching Policy

DaEdge1 Productions, LLC is not responsible for wardrobe, makeup, hair, or client regrets. This includes, but is not limited to, makeup or styling choices that do not match the client's overall appearance (e.g., face makeup that does not match the rest of the body).

Basic editing is included with all sessions and covers light retouching, such as:

Removing blemishes
Removing stray hairs
Smoothing skin and makeup
Removing visible light stands (if present)

Any additional requests, including body enhancements, adding animals or objects, or advanced retouching, are not included and will incur an additional charge.

If further changes are requested after the final edits have been delivered, the session clock will restart. Please allow 8-10 business days for delivery of the new version. We schedule re-edits in the order they are received to remain fair to all active sessions.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment at the conclusion of your shoot

CASH, ZELLE, CASH APP, and PAYPAL

The final Balance is due after your session.

Refund Policy

If your Photo Session is canceled due to an emergency, we will either rebook your session at a time that works for both you and us or issue a full deposit refund. If your session has to be canceled due to inclement weather, we will reschedule you to the next available date that works for you and us.

Due to the nature of the work involved in photography sessions, travel, shooting, and image processing, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable, and we cannot issue refunds after a session has taken place.

Cancellation Policy

Because we schedule sessions in advance, please give 24 hours' notice to schedule your session for any reason. If you give adequate notice, your deposit will be valid for the next available date. Only one rescheduling will be allowed per deposit.

Rescheduling Policy

If there is inclement weather or another unforeseen circumstance, we may reschedule your session to the next available date on our calendar. If your shoot is rescheduled, your new session time may differ from your originally booked time. For example, a session originally scheduled for the evening may be rescheduled during daytime hours based on availability.

Punctuality Guidelines

Your session starts promptly at the time you booked. The amount of time you are late directly affects how much time you have left in your photo session. Please consider the distance to your session and traffic so it starts on time. This policy applies to all photo sessions with NO EXCEPTIONS! This policy is in place to ensure we can give you the best experience during your photo session while maintaining punctuality and professionalism for clients who may be booked after you.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, we will need to cancel your shoot.

Image & Graduation Time Frame

Drafts 3-5 Days After Shoot

General and Birthday Photo Shoot Sessions have a 10-12-day turnaround after you pick your favorites for editing.

Graduation Sessions have a 10-12-day turnaround AFTER you pick your favorites for us to edit.

If Re-Edits are needed after Final Images are sent, the turnaround clock resets, and you will now have an 8-10-day turnaround time for us to re-edit.

Unedited & Raw Images

DaEdge1 Productions, LLC does not release unedited images without the watermark to clients unless they have booked the DA EDGE PACKAGE. No exceptions! Please note that clients must purchase additional edits at $15 per image. We understand that clients can be excited about the outcome of their session when viewing the unedited pictures, but please DO NOT SCREENSHOT OR POST unedited photos to social media.

DRAFT and RAW Images will NOT be given out.

EXTRA EDITED IMAGES ARE $15 PER IMAGE

RUSH EDITING FEE IS $100

ALL SATURDAYS WILL BE CLOSED BECAUSE OF THE FOOTBALL SEASON. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME SUNDAYS WILL ALSO BE CLOSED DUE TO TRAVEL FOR THE FOOTBALL SEASON. DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME ENDS ON NOVEMBER 1, SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL IF YOU ARE BOOKING AFTER THAT DATE THAT IT WILL BE GETTING DARK AT 4:00 pm.

Important: December 1 is the final day to guarantee graduation invitations. While you may still book an invitation package after this date, we cannot guarantee your invitations will be ready in time for your graduation events or announcements. We recommend booking early to avoid any delays.

A $80 TRAVELLING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL SESSIONS OUTSIDE THE BATON ROUGE METRO AREA AND THAT ARE WITHIN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA. THIS PAYMENT IS DUE ALONG WITH YOUR FINAL PAYMENT AFTER YOUR SHOOT. IF YOU ARE BOOKING OUTSIDE OF THE METRO BATON ROUGE AREA, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING SO WE CAN MAKE SURE THAT TIME WORKS! FAILURE TO CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING WILL RESULT IN YOUR BOOKING BEING CANCELED!
