Policies & Guidelines

Thank you for inquiring about our services and considering us as your photographers. Capturing precious moments is our passion. We hope to deliver that passion for you and your family with fantastic quality and customer service. Hopefully, the information below will assist you with the bookings, policies, and the whole photo session experience.

 

Photo Session Information

All sessions require a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 DEPOSIT that goes toward the overall cost of your photo package. In addition, it books your date, time, and location without a scheduling conflict with other clients.

Photo Session slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Photo Session times and dates are booked ONLY WHEN A DEPOSIT has been paid. You will receive a confirmation email saying that you are booked. Your booking has NOT been processed if you do not receive a confirmation email.

 

If you don't receive a confirmation email, please contact us so we can handle this issue.

 

We suggest that you bring someone along for your session. You won't be as nervous if you have a close friend or family member with you. This person can help you change and help with whatever else you may need. We also suggest you bring your own props and whatever else you want/need. We may have props available, but there is no guarantee. 

We will ensure we go above and beyond to deliver high-quality images that meet your expectations.

Payment

We Accept CASH, ZELLE, CASH APP, APPLE PAY, and PAYPAL for your final payment at your session. The final Balance is due at the conclusion of your session. 

 

Refund Policy

If your Photo Session is canceled due to an emergency, on our behalf, we will re-book your session at a time that accommodates you and us, or a deposit refund will be given in full. Likewise, if your session has to be canceled due to inclement weather, you will be rescheduled to the next available date convenient for you and us.

 

Due to the nature of the work involved in photography sessions, traveling, shooting, and the processing of images, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

 

Please be aware that all payments are non-refundable, and no refunds will be given after a session has taken place.
 

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business, a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule your session for any reason. Your deposit will be valid for the next available date if given adequate notice. Only one rescheduling will be allowed per deposit.

 

Punctuality Guidelines

Your session starts promptly at the time you booked. The amount of time you are late directly affects the time you have left for your photo session. Please consider the distance between your session and traffic so your session starts on time. This policy applies to all photo sessions with NO EXCEPTIONS! This policy is in place to ensure that we can give you the best experience with your photo session while maintaining punctuality and professionalism with clients who may be booked after your session.  

If you are late 30 minutes or more, your shoot will be canceled. 

 

Image & Graduation Time Frame

Drafts 3-5 Days After Shoot 

General and Birthday Photo Shoot Sessions have a 10-12 day turnaround AFTER you have picked your favorites for us to edit.

Graduation Sessions have a 10-12 day turnaround AFTER you have picked your favorites for us to edit.

Unedited & Raw Images

DaEdge1 Productions, LLC does not release unedited images for ANY REASON without the watermark to clients. No exceptions! Clients MUST purchase additional edits at $10 per image if they would like more. We understand that clients can be excited about the outcome of their session when viewing the unedited images, but please DO NOT SCREENSHOT OR POST unedited images to social media. 

DRAFT and RAW Images will NOT be given out.

EXTRA EDITS ARE $10 PER IMAGE

RUSH EDITING FEE IS $50

 

A $70 TRAVELLING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL SESSIONS OUTSIDE THE METRO BATON ROUGE METRO AREA, AND THAT ARE WITHIN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA. THIS PAYMENT IS DUE ALONG WITH YOUR FINAL PAYMENT AFTER YOUR SHOOT

IF YOU ARE BOOKING OUTSIDE OF THE METRO BATON ROUGE AREA, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING SO WE CAN MAKE SURE THAT TIME WORKS! FAILURE TO CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING WILL RESULT IN YOUR BOOKING BEING CANCELED!
